On the 20th of July 2022, 18 of Casella employees are taking the plunge and completing a park run (5K) in aid of Mesothelioma UK!

Running together, the group aims to raise as much money as possible for the Mesothelioma charity. We are looking for a challenge that we can work towards and achieve together, and this is the perfect opportunity! As a company, we raise money through collections on a regular basis for several different causes. It is now time to get our trainers out and plasters at the ready, all in the name of Mesothelioma UK!

As a company, Casella manufacture equipment to help prevent workforces from breathing in carcinogenic substances such as asbestos. What better way to raise awareness than to raise money for the Mesothelioma UK itself!? Casella and its staff are committed to supporting organisations including Mesothelioma UK to improve awareness of what we breathe in and how it may affect our long-term health.

There are few regular runners within the group however the majority will be training in preparation for this run.
