Some final words of encouragement:

Launching the competition, John Dobbie, BOHS President said, “This is a brilliant opportunity for occupational hygienists in the early stages of their careers to showcase their personal vision for the future of occupational hygiene, sharing their thought leadership on the effects of new technology on the profession, and, in the process, inspire others towards excellence in worker health protection. As in previous years of this competition, we greatly look forward to receiving a wide range of outstanding entries and encourage applicants to get in touch with us, making their applications before the deadline of 31 August 2019.”

Jim Struthers of Casella added, “At Casella, we understand the life-changing value of monitoring technology, with our innovative solutions, have helped improve health in the workplace and community for over 200 years. We have the greatest respect for occupational hygienists in their role as guardians and protectors of worker health and are delighted to sponsor BOHS’s latest Early Career Occupational Hygienist Award.”
