Casella announces acquisition by TSI Instruments Ltd

Global occupational hygiene and workplace hazard monitoring expert, Casella, has been acquired by TSI Instruments Ltd, a UK subsidiary of TSI Incorporated. Casella designs and manufactures innovative instruments and systems that protect workers from occupational and environmental health risks, with key specialisms in noise, dust and vibration monitoring.

The acquisition will bring together more than 270 years’ combined experience delivering monitoring solutions that protect people, communities and the environment. With both companies boasting award-winning products, the collaboration will help accelerate and expand the delivery of innovative technology solutions that create a better world and empower workers and businesses to protect their health.
